Great weather. 10/23/09 Fall Camporee 09 - Camp Wanocksett, Jaffrey NH Description: Boy lead hike to summit of Monadnock (shortened to 1 mile pond loop). Constant rain, everyone was wet. Description: The troop is always looking for new campgrounds in New England. This one we found in nearby Framingham. Short hike with all of our gear to a cozy cabin. We also did another 2-mile hike with GPS for orinteering work. 1/25/08 Winter Camporee - Klondike Football Description: Yearly event, but with a new twist this year. After sleeping in 14 degree weather, all events were formed around a football theme. |
